Why Campaigns Choose Us

What you actually need from a political printer.

A real shop, real expertise, and a real understanding of what's at stake when your in-home date is tomorrow.

01We hit your deadline

Political mail has hard deadlines. Miss the in-home date and the mail is worthless. We treat in-home dates as hard deadlines — non-negotiable. We coordinate print and mailing logistics to make sure your pieces hit on time.

02We know political mail rules

USPS political mail rates, FPPC disclaimer placement, slate mailer requirements, IEC vs candidate committee differences — we know the rules so you don't have to.

03We handle voter files cleanly

Send us a voter file in any common format — VAN, NGP, PDI, custom CSV. We work with our partners to merge, dedupe, address-correct (CASS), and run the mail. Your data stays your data.

04Local California print shop

Real shop in Irvine. Real people answer the phone. No outsourced offshore production. Drop in, talk to us in person, see the press.

05First-time candidates welcome

We'll walk you through formats, quantities, and what works, what doesn't.

06Bipartisan service

We work with Democratic, Republican, and nonpartisan campaigns. We don't share strategies or designs across competing campaigns. Your work is your work.

Frequently Asked

Questions we hear every cycle.

How fast can you turn around a mailer?

Turnaround depends on quantity and format. Rush production is available on most quantities — call us with your in-home date and we'll tell you exactly what's possible. Mailing, postage processing, and USPS delivery time are separate from print production.

Do you have a union bug?

We are not currently union certified. We work with non-union Democratic campaigns, Republican campaigns, ballot measure committees, and nonpartisan races. If your campaign requires Allied Printing Trades Council certification, we won't be the right fit — we'd rather tell you upfront than waste your time.

Can you handle voter files?

Yes. Send us a CSV or Excel export from VAN, NGP, PDI, or any standard database. We work with your mail house or our own partners to handle address standardization, CASS certification, and NCOA processing. Your data is kept strictly confidential, used only for your job, and never shared or reused.

Do you handle the mailing too, or just printing?

Yes. We handle print and coordinate the full mailing process through our mail house partners — addressing, USPS prep, SCF drop, and delivery tracking. For local Orange County EDDM campaigns we handle end-to-end ourselves. You deal with us, not a chain of vendors — one point of contact, one deadline.

What's the minimum order?

We work with campaigns of every size. Small school board races might do 2,500 pieces. Statewide ballot measures might do 2 million. Tell us what you need.

Can you help with FPPC disclaimers?

Yes. We review every piece for proper "paid for by" placement, font size requirements, and major donor disclosures where applicable. We're not lawyers, but we know the standard rules cold.

Do you offer design services?

We can do basic design and layout for an additional fee. Most clients come with finished art from their consultants or designers. We'll proof, prep for press, and flag any technical issues.

Are you partisan?

No. We print for Democratic, Republican, and nonpartisan campaigns and ballot measure committees. Your work is confidential — we don't share strategies, designs, or client lists across competing campaigns.

We already have a mail house we work with. Can you just handle the print?

Absolutely. Print-only is a common arrangement. Send us your specs and files, we'll produce the pieces and coordinate handoff to your mail house in whatever format they need — palletized, banded, or drop-shipped directly to their facility.
